Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Process payroll accurately and timely for Mandarin-speaking employees, including wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements in payroll processing.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation, including employee information, timesheets, and tax withholdings.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, managers, and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues, such as incorrect payments, missing hours, or tax discrepancies.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management or relevant departments as required.
Collaborate closely with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data and seamless payroll processing.

Persyaratan Khusus

Fluency in Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia is also preferred.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a multinational company or similar environment.
Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
Experience with payroll software and systems; familiarity with popular platforms such as ADP, SAP, or Workday is advantageous.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in payroll calculations and documentation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.
