Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through partnership, networking, etc
Plan and build a solid pipeline on qualified sales opportunities, and proactively follow up leads.
Set up meetings with potential clients, partners and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare sales proposals and quotations
Constant follow up with leads through visit, calls, emails to ensure project closing
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate and reporting with the team to achieve better results
Responsible for managing and pursuing new sales prospects (Account) and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Persyaratan Khusus
Must Bachelor degree in Information System / Computerized Accounting / Industrial Engineering or any related field
Must Experience knowledge for sales B2B at least 5 years
Have Experience knowledge for sales Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Odoo, Oracle Netsuite) is must
Have knowledge about Cloud technology is preferred
Have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner, problem solver and great passion for sales
Understanding business process concept as a sales person (know how to sell) is preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa)
Able for business trip
Individual who is dynamic, target oriented, proactive and having interest in sales area
