Job Description

• Conduct thorough market research and feasibility study to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape. 
• Identify, analyze and evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities. 
• Develop, prioritize target markets, and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's goals. 
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, industry leaders, and internal team. 
• Lead, manage cross-functional teams to execute business development projects (icluding due dilligence process), and monitoring progress to ensure timely and successful delivery of project within scope, budget and timeline. 
• Develop financial models to assess the valuation and potential return on investment of acquisition targets.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and the board of directors, also materials for business engagement.  
• Provide recommendation and improvements to existing business processes and practices.
