Deskripsi Pekerjaan

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring PR and executing PO based on time target
Having ability to source new alternative supplier and evaluate the process
Summarizing PO proposal on bid tabulation
Evaluating bid tabulation and suggest the supplier winner to superior
Monitoring the process of PO’s delivery until goods received well on designated warehouse
Arranging technical meeting with user and supplier if needed
Evaluating supplier periodically
Executing site survey if needed

Persyaratan Khusus

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering)
Basic knowledge of common technical specifications
Skilled in negotiating with suppliers, with or without comparison
Able to implement 5R and SMK3L in the work environment
Familiarity with SAP (especially the MM Module) is an advantage
Experience in the manufacturing process is a plus
Able to operate Microsoft Office
Placement in Tangerang
