2. At least 5 years of working experience in Bancassurance Industry & 2 Years working experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader.

3. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.

4. Good Communication & Presentation Skill

5. Proven integrity & leadership skill
