Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition, other or equivalent.
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Managerial Level handling and manage all R&D Team)
• Working Experience in (Jam/ Custard/ Spread), Cheese, Savory, Cream.
• Japan Languange is preferable.
• Experienced in FOOD PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT.
• Experienced handle Team member R&D/Product Development.
• Understand on Spread process expertise, Good Manufacturing Practices and Implement company policies regarding GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Sanitation and 5S programs or other policies of the company and its work environment in food manufacturing.
• Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint, English languages skill (Speaking & Writing).
• Willing to be based in Cikarang Area.
Job Descriptions:
• Responsible in PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT.
• DEVELOP NEW PRODUCT & make sample based on recipe request from Sales & MKT team.
• The process of selecting vendors for raw materials and packaging according to Company requirements conducting a trial in the R&D laboratory and production, make product.
• Supporting documents, facilitate sample requests from sales & marketing.
• This role also includes the development of both existing products and new products, control raw materials, quality, food safety and 5S appropriately.
