Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) companies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase hotel revenue, including room sales, meeting packages, events, and catering services.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of sales plans, ensuring alignment with hotel goals and market trends.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets as set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations in the CRM system.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts as required by management.

  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in same position
