1) Lead, support, and mentor a team of designers.
Provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and help the team grow.
2) Oversee the design process from concept to final product for digital, print, and advertising materials.
3) Coordinate with other departments to meet project timelines and objectives.
4) Develop visuals that align with brand strategy and marketing goals.
5) Ensure designs are on-brand, high-quality, and visually impactful.
6) Review all design work before release to maintain consistency and quality.
7) Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to align design with broader business goals.
*) Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
*) Experience: 5+ years in design, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
*) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; strong eye for design and branding; excellent communication and organization.
