Job Descriptions:
1. Mapping and searching for the right recruitment/recruitment pool (BLK, Headhunter, Social Media, etc)
2. Installing job vacancy ads
3. Sourcing & selection of employees from the recruitment pool
4. Preparing the interview process to the user
5. Prepare job offer letter and employee contract
6. Responsible for recruitment process in time
7. Monitoring reporting, daily, weekly & monthly attendances
Job Qualifications:
1. S1 Psychology / SDM
2. 1 - 2 years of work experience in the field of Recruitment
3. Have databased Candidates (Retail)
4. Be able to manage the database well
5. Have good communication skills, easy to adapt, flexible, firm, authoritative
6. Be good at using Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point )
7. Be willing to be placed in the business unit of outsourcing PT Dwitunggal Eternal Permai
8. Be ready to join ASAP
