Develop and execute strategies to grow sales volumes through existing and new distributors.
Negotiate and develop JBP (joint business plan) for assigned distributors in line with all stakeholders
Monitor, evaluate distributors performance, ensuring they meet agreed-upon targets and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
Find new distributors to expand market presence.
Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to maximize distribution coverage, ensure product availability in the distributors, and timely fulfillment of orders.
Organize training and development sessions for distributor teams to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Persyaratan Khusus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Have the capability to analyze performance and insight into internal and external data or finding
Have the operational capability to drive operational distributors
Proven ability to develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Good in communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English (written and spoken)
At least 2 years of experience in distributor management, preferably in FMCG
