Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Create comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence in modern trade channels, both nationals and local modern trade channels.
Overseeing the budget for modern trade channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and profitability.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key account partners.
Create and ensure the delivery of JBP (joint business plan)
Manage and develop a team of key account representatives.
Persyaratan Khusus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Have the capability to analyze performance and insight into internal and external data or finding
Have the operational capability to drive operational accounts or stores
Proven ability to develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
At least 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG.
