Equipment Evaluation – Identify and classify equipment as critical (Time Based Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance) or non-critical to set maintenance priorities.
Maintenance Planning – Plan and execute time based, condition based, breakdown, modification, and corrective maintenance activities.
Documentation & Data Management – Maintain and update maintenance direct sheets, including design data, historical records, process parameters, deterioration patterns, manuals, and schedules.
Maintenance Scheduling – Review, update, and monitor long term, annual, monthly, and daily maintenance plans, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution based on plant conditions.
Execution & Monitoring – Supervise regular and irregular maintenance activities, optimizing SAP PM utilization.
Inspection & Testing – Prepare and implement inspection and test plans, including acceptance criteria in line with maintenance manuals and instrument standards.
Technical Analysis – Lead technical evaluations for highlight maintenance issues, NCR/CPAR findings, and process deviations, ensuring compliance with specifications and best practices.
Manual Development – Create and update maintenance manuals based on instrument standards and site best practices.
Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and evaluate Instrument Technicians and business partners, promoting safety, quality, and on time performance.
Collaboration – Coordinate with planning & monitoring teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Safety & Improvement – Support safety programs, conduct KYT (Kiken Yochi Training) on-site, encourage kaizen participation, and lead cost-saving initiatives.
Persyaratan Khusus
What we are looking for:
Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Low voltage is preferable).
Extensive Experience – Have 1- 3 years’ experience in related fields.
Communication Skills – Proficient in both written and spoken English.
