Report to Vice President Marketing & Sales, Superintendent Marketing - Sulphuric Acid & by Products is responsible to oversee the daily sales operations for sulphuric acid and byproducts, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes, customer satisfaction, and coordination with internal teams for timely delivery. The superintendent supports the Manager Marketing & Sales by managing client relationships, contracts, and driving the sales performance of byproducts from the smelter plant.
To manage and oversee daily sales operations for sulphuric acid and byproducts, ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and timely contract execution.
To monitor sales performance, coordinate with internal teams, and provide market insights and reports to support strategic decision-making and achieve sales targets.
Comply with all pertaining environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Supervise day-to-day sales activities of sulphuric acid and byproducts, ensuring adherence to sales targets and company policies.
Manage the processing of sales orders, customer inquiries, and contract executions in a timely manner.
Maintain close communication with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in managing customer accounts and maintaining long-term relationships.
Oversee the execution of contracts for sulphuric acid and byproducts, ensuring accurate pricing, volumes, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure products are delivered as per customer requirements.
Monitor sales performance, provide regular updates, and report any deviations to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Collect and analyze data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to provide insights for sales strategies.
Coordinate with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless product availability, timely delivery, and accurate invoicing.
Support in executing marketing plans and sales campaigns for sulphuric acid and byproducts.
Ensure that all sales processes comply with regulatory and company standards.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Have experience minimum 5 years working as Superintendent Product Technical with minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a sales or operations role, preferably in the chemical or byproducts sector.
Proven records in Sales Commercial including contract management, pricing strategies, and order management systems; Strong understanding of daily Marketing & Sales operations and procedures; Have good knowledge in market analysis; Have financial and commercial knowledge; Good in presentation, reporting and calculation skills are essential; Proven negotiation skills and business management/business acumen skills; Strong stakeholder management; Strong understanding and application of risk management principles.
Preferred to have middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.
Excellent customer service and communication skills; Ability to work collaboratively with production, logistics, and finance teams; Ability to manage and streamline day-to-day sales activities efficiently; Strong customer service orientation, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues promptly; Ensure the accuracy of sales contracts, order fulfillment, and reporting; Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments to meet customer expectations and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
Required to travel to site or any business travel purpose.
