1. To support sales to achieve target on TWNS, Active Financial Advisor, Case Productivity and Case Size for all channels.
- Plan, coordinate and provide direction based on strategic business from Sales Leader to develop sales-based development with training need analysis.
2. Develop Activation and Retention Program and Activities
- Responsible on implementation of activation and retention program or activities.
- Liaise with Learning and Development unit to develop activation and ration program and tools.
3. Deliver Training and Activities for all channels
- Deliver training program and activities based on training need analysis.
- Deliver the standard of quality on training logistic and preparation.
3. Reporting
- Make an accurate summarize report based on implementation training and activities.
6. Training Program Feedback
- Ensure training participant filled posttest for mandatory training session.
- Ensure training participant filled feedback form for each training.
7. Implement Risk Management – AAJI and CPD
- Liaise with all related party to ensure all of Financial Advisor candidates pass on AAJI Exam.
- Liaise with all related party to encourage all of Financial Advisor knowing well when their license of CPD will be expired.
