Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Sales Coordination: Support sales teams by managing schedules, preparing sales documents, invoicing, stock control, quotation and coordinating customer communication to ensure efficient operations.
  • Order Processing: Handle order entry, track order status, and coordinate with the production and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of sales contracts, invoices, and client correspondence for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile sales data, generate performance reports, and assist in forecasting to support business decisions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, maintain databases, and perform general clerical duties to support the overall sales department.
Persyaratan Khusus
  • Minimum 2-3 years Experience on Trading company, steel manufacturing company and related and Open for Fresh Graduate.
  • Will handle client based on China, Japan and Korea.
  • 90% Customer is Japanese Company.
