Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Conduct training for outlet staffs.
  • Test and create exam questions for staff training.
  • Develop training modules for staffs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training.
  • Perform other tasks related to the position.
  • Ability to explore new technologies and methodologies in learning and training.


Persyaratan Khusus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 1 year work experience as a Trainer in the Retail or F&B industry.
  • Possess Trainer/Facilitator certification (preferred).
  • Willing to be mobile and assigned to out-of-town locations.
  • Able to work optimally, both individually and in teams.
  • Assertive, honest, and possesses strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledgeable in training concepts.
  • Placement : Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan
