QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred
• Good English skill (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Service-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-disciplined, quick to learn, detail-oriented, a team player, and creative
• Willing to work on public holidays and on a shift schedule
