PT In Fashion has Full Time opportunity for a smart, organized and strong Production Manager. PT In Fashion is a highly successful manufacturer producing fashion goods for an American customer.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and draw up a production schedule
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs
• Review worker performance and identify training needs.
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
• Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
• Preparing production reports, monitoring, analyze and given recommendation to TOP Management.
• Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
• Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
• Improving operation systems, processes and best practices.
• Perform quality controls, waste (not) reduction and monitor production KPIs.
• Analysis & Preparing Production Capacity, Production Plan & Shipment Plan.
• Manage all task for smooth factory operation and on time shipment.
• Communicate with top management directly when need in any issues of operation.

Main Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in garment production with years experience as Manager with managerial experience preferred.
• Experience in managing the high level of complexity of a factory from planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling in a number of 300 – 700 employees.
• Strong organizational also multitasking skills
• Expertise in Lean production, PDCA, 5S/5R,
• Excellent high-level analysis, methodical approach and problem-solving skills.
