Support bridging between IS in branches and all division in supporting the new business or existing transaction.
Conduct socialization and product training to Bank Mega.
Conducting and accompanying visits to Bank Mega customers.
Provide an explanation of bancassurance products and company profile to Bank Mega customers.
As a party that communicates company policy to Bank Mega in accordance with applicable provisions.
Understands sales goals and provide assistance in establishing business plan, Owns and coordinates efforts in order to fulfill quarterly and annual objectives, Re-assesses objectives and obstacles with sales team as necessary, Achieves annual sales targets and objectives.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience In the field of Marketing / Sales Insurance / Banking Industry / Consultant / Bancassurance.
Having experience in selling financial services or investment products.
Having experience as Branch Manager / Team Leader / Senior Relationship Manager from Banking industry.
Having experience as AM / Regional Manager from Insurance industry.
