Report to Vice President Marketing & Sales, Superintendent Marketing - Precious Metals Sales is responsible to oversee the daily sales operations of precious metals, ensuring the implementation of sales strategies, customer satisfaction, and effective coordination with other departments to meet sales targets. The Superintendent is responsible for supporting the manager in managing accounts, executing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies;
To support and oversee daily sales operations for precious metals, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
To manage contracts, analyze market trends, and coordinate with internal teams, contributing to strategic goals and providing insights to senior management.
Comply with all pertaining environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Supervise daily sales operations, ensuring compliance with set procedures and policies.
Assist the Sales Manager in developing sales targets and executing strategies for precious metals.
Maintain effective communication with clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
Support the development of long-term customer relationships by managing client accounts and ensuring service satisfaction.
Oversee the negotiation and execution of contracts for precious metal sales.
Ensure the accuracy of sales orders, pricing, and delivery schedules in coordination with logistics and production teams.
Provide input to the Sales Manager on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Collect and report data on sales performance, including revenue targets, market share, and customer feedback.
Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions in line with strategic objectives.
Ensure that all sales operations comply with internal policies and industry regulations.
Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for senior management.
Implement agreed financial management processes and procedures to monitor actual expenditure and to control costs.

What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Have experience minimum 5 years working as Superintendent Marketing with minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Marketing & Sales operations, preferably within the mining, metals or commodities industry.
Proven records in Sales Commercial including contracts, pricing, and order management systems; Strong understanding of daily Marketing & Sales operations and procedures; Have good knowledge in market analysis; Have financial and commercial knowledge; Good in presentation, reporting and calculation skills are essential; Proven negotiation skills and business management/business acumen skills; Strong stakeholder management; Strong understanding and application of risk management principles.
Ability to lead cross functional teams toward common goal; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability to work collaborate effectively with internal teams and cross functions to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals; Strong customer service and communication abilities including building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
Required to travel to site or any business travel purpose.
