Some of your duties will include:

• Report to Vice President Marketing/ Sales, Superintendent Product Technical for Refined Metals & Acid is responsible to provide technical expertise and support for the marketing and sales of refined metals and sulphuric acid. The role is responsible for ensuring product quality aligns with customer requirements, providing technical insights during customer interactions, and working closely with internal teams to ensure that the products meet market demands. The Superintendent plays a key role in bridging technical knowledge and sales strategy to optimize customer satisfaction and product performance.
• To provide technical expertise and support for refined metals and sulphuric acid products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and quality standards.
• To engage in customer consultation, product quality assurance, and market-driven product development, supporting the sales team with technical insights and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Comply with all pertaining environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for refined metals and sulphuric acid, providing support to the sales and marketing teams.
• Ensure that all products meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Work closely with customers to provide technical advice, product information, and resolve any product-related inquiries or issues.
• Assist the sales team during negotiations and presentations by providing technical insights about the products.
• Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure that refined metals and acid products meet required standards and specifications.
• Monitor product quality and performance, and make recommendations for improvements when necessary.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and emerging trends in the refined metals and acid industries.
• Work with the R&D and production teams to develop new product specifications that align with market demands and customer expectations.
• Provide training and technical support to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring they have the necessary product knowledge to engage customers effectively.
• Assist in developing technical materials, presentations, and documentation to support sales efforts.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure products are delivered in line with customer specifications and timelines.
• Provide feedback to the production team on any product improvements or modifications based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Ensure that all products comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Prepare and provide regular reports on product performance, customer feedback, and technical issues to the Marketing & Sales Manager
• Implement agreed financial management processes and procedures to monitor actual expenditure and to control costs.
