The Supervisor, Kaizen Promotion primarily responsible for lead, coordinate and arrangement of all Kaizen activities. This includes ensuring all kaizen activities and Kaizen requirements are met.
Responsibilities
· Lead & coordinate Kaizen's activities.
· Prepare, gather data and or information for regular report.
- Communicate with the team and other party to smooth Kaizen activities.
- Preparation of all Kaizen audit from HO in Japan.
- Preparation of Kaizen internal annual event in company.
- Follow-up findings of Kaizen audit and make sure the countermeasure are closed within due date.
- Preparation for material report to be presented periodically to HO in Japan.
- Collecting theme of kaizen from all section, feedback, evaluating.
- Responsible for performance data update.

- Detailed, well-organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time, prioritizing required actions accordingly to meet required deadlines.
- Having a good Presentation skill.
Knowledge and Experience Required

- Maximum age is 35 years old.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position at Manufacturing, preferable in Japanese Manufacturing.
- Experience in Kanban implementation.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge in Digitalization process (IT) is advantage.
- Have JLPT (Japanese Language Certification Test) minimum N2
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
