1. Bachelor's degree in statistics, business administration, or information technology

2. 2 - 5 years of experience in sales performance management, compensation in Life Insurance/Insurance Company

3. Proven experience in channel compensation, performance management, sales contest, and financing process

4. Have experience using Ms. Excel, especially Macro

5. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

6. Excellent communication skill
