Responsibilities :

• Lead the MD and SPM team in the assigned branch area Central Java and manage the coordination of work in the retail sector in order to create harmony in terms of sales (Sell out) so as to achieve goals in accordance with predetermined company standards.
• Conduct regular routine training for MD and SPM to conduct training in their respective areas (coordinate with HO trainers).
• Collaborate with branch sales teams to improve and develop sales activities in stores as part of the retail strategy.
• Manage the overall process (recruitment request) of Merchandisers and Promoters in their respective areas.
• Build and maintain good business relationship with store owners in each area.
• Produce necessary weekly/monthly reports related to Retail in each area.
