Qualifications & Experiences

1. Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
2. Maximum age 35 years old;
3. Proven working experience as Accounting & Tax minimum 3 years;
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills;
5. Fluent in English is a MUST. 
6. Able to speaking in Mandarin is a plus;
7. Proficient in office software and any related software for finance/ accounting/ tax;
8. Proficient in administration.

Responsibilities:

1. Create a journal and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, tax invoices and payments.
3. Manage regular reconciliation of bank statements, and other financial accounts.
4. Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for the organization.
5. Assist with tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
6. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
7. Analyze costs and expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
8. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the organization’s compliance.
9. Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
10. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
11. Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
12. Handled several application and technology to assist financial operations and reporting (Ms. Excel, E-faktur, DJP online, etc).
13. Handled tax issues that occur with employees, customers or vendors.
14. Calculate for profit-loss, bonus for project.
