Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Respond promptly and courteously to incoming inquiries from various channels
  • Provide detailed information about EUROMEDICA GROUP products and services to prospective clients
  • Qualify leads, understand their needs, and match them with the appropriate solutions
  • Convert leads into sales opportunities by securing appointments or directing them to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify and escalate any issues or concerns raised by customers


Persyaratan Khusus
  • Proven experience in a sales-related role, preferably as a customer service or contact centre representative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes
  • A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written
