Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Respond promptly and courteously to incoming inquiries from various channels
Provide detailed information about EUROMEDICA GROUP products and services to prospective clients
Qualify leads, understand their needs, and match them with the appropriate solutions
Convert leads into sales opportunities by securing appointments or directing them to the sales team
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Identify and escalate any issues or concerns raised by customers

Persyaratan Khusus

Proven experience in a sales-related role, preferably as a customer service or contact centre representative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes
A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written
