Actively source and identify potential candidates through various methods.
Conduct thorough evaluation of candidates by screening, interviewing and other assessment tools.
Coordinate, facilitate, and schedule interviews between candidate and hiring managers or interview panels.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Conduct reference checks and employment verifications.
Assist in preparing job offers.
Track and analyze recruitment data to evaluate the process and produce reports.
Adhere to company policies in recruitment and selection process.
Prepare all administrative requirements within the talent mobility process.
Persyaratan Khusus
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good command of English (spoken and written) and computer literacy
Familiar with Microsoft & Google tools. Experienced in working with ATS would be preferable.
Excellent communication, solid integrity, and high initiative.
Willing to do Work From Office (WFO) at Kuningan, South Jakarta
