Some of your duties will include:
· Responsible for providing Contracts group administration support services in particular; (i) contract payment and back-charge administration, (ii) contract data management and system administration, (iii) contract request and contract approval processing, (iv) contract financial reporting, (v) contractor compliance reporting, and (vi) general office administration including document control.
· To support proper contract management and administration for the procurement of Services and certain major Purchases internationally and within Indonesia to all User Departments
· Evaluate departmental procedures and practices and ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures.
· Give work direction, resolve problems, prepare schedules and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of sourcing, procurement, expediting, shipping, importation, distribution and payment of goods, commodities, equipment and materials procured.
· Provide regular management reports of objectives, accomplishments, progress, status and major activities relating to all purchasing and expediting activities
· Other duties as assigned.
What skills and experience do you need?
· Degree in business, accounting or equivalent with have experiences in accounting and have general understanding of Indonesia business and regulations
Require to work on a Site and willing to live at Site.
