Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible to establish, develop, coordinate and monitor the effective & efficient organization and qualified human capital in order to support company achieve sustainable profit and growth

Persyaratan Khusus

Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar HR management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Experience in HR Strategic, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relation, Organization Development.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools
Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives that drive organisational performance
Bachelor/Master university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management.
Preferably have certification in HR, such as CHRP, Industrial & Organizational Psychology Certification, etc
