Responsbility :

1. Fixed Asset Register, Maintenance, and Services
2. Manage the registration of fixed assets, ensure regular maintenance, and coordinate necessary services to support asset operations.
3. Building Maintenance
4. Ensure the maintenance and repair of buildings according to established standards to maintain the condition and comfort of facilities.
5. Infrastructure and Facility Management
6. Oversee infrastructure and facility management to ensure that facilities operate optimally and efficiently.
7. Supervise the Orderliness of Office Administration and Facilities
8. Supervise office administration organization and facility upkeep to support smooth daily operations.
9. Coordinating with Internal Departments and Third Parties for Building and Construction Projects
10. Coordinate with internal departments and third parties for building construction and development projects, including new factory construction.
11. Vendor Management and External Coordination According to Company Agreements and Service Requirements
12. Manage vendors and coordinate with external parties per company agreements and facility service requirements.
13. Handle SAP Program
14. Operate the SAP program for asset, facility, and infrastructure data recording, reporting, and management.
15. Security and Vehicle Control
16. Oversee security operations to maintain a safe work environment and monitor the operation and maintenance of company vehicles to ensure availability and compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
