Role Overview:
As General Manager of Retail, you will lead operations, drive sales, and enhance customer experiences across both Growell and Winestop outlets. Your leadership will shape the growth and success of these premium retail brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in customer service and product presentation.
- Manage and mentor store managers and retail teams to optimize performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for the executive team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail industry, with a proven track record in senior management roles.
- Strong understanding of healthy premium products and the wine & spirits market.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
