Some of your duties will include:

• Supervise operational, maintenance and technical employees on afternoon and night shifts.
• Provide support, advice and guidance to others processing plant foremen to optimizing the recovery rate of the process plant
• Develop and implement procedures for the crusher, overhead conveyor and concentrator.
• Ensure the transfer of technology to all employees in process group and the promotion and support of training and skill development.
• Work with managers and superintendents (Planning, Engineering & Plant) to ensure that dry plant equipment of a metallurgical process plant operates according to Standard Operating Procedures (and that all machinery/equipment is maintained according to supplier recommendation and industry best practices) within determined budgets and meet demand.
