Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Some of your duties will include:

  • The Officer – QA QC Compliance is responsible to ensure compliance with invoicing, contract management, and procedural standards while supporting the Planning & Scheduling team. This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of financial records, contract adherence, and operational compliance within the transport department.
  • Comply with all pertaining environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia on Occupational Health, Safety and Mine as well as those required under the Regulation of the Ministry of Mines and Energy No. 26 of 2018 and Decree of Ministry of Mines and Energy No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018.
  • Comply with all SHLP, Environment and Social Responsibility requirements under PTAMNT Management System, PTAMNT vision, mission, and values.
  • Implement and comply with all company's environmental policies and procedures including but not limited to waste management, water management, energy conservation, biodiversity conservation, environmental incidents handling and reporting.
  • Oversee the compliance of environmental policies and procedures in his/her respective work area.             
  • Ensure the compliance of environmental management and protection permits in his/her respective work area.
  • Accept personal responsibility for the health and safety of every worker under or assigned to his/her supervision.
  • Carry out regular inspection, safety meetings to address mine safety.

  • Prepare and sign off inspection reports.
  • Report on every hazard accidents and incidents.
  • Manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Oversee contract documentation and ensure adherence to contractual terms.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Conduct quality checks on travel manifests and payment documentation.
  • Track and monitor contract deliverables and timelines.
  • Assist with internal audits and compliance reporting.
  • Provide support to the Planning & Scheduling team in ensuring transport operations align with compliance requirements.
  • Identify and report non-compliance issues, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all invoicing and contract-related activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with agreements.
Persyaratan Khusus

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, invoicing, or contract management, preferably within the transport or logistics industry.
  • Be able to manage invoicing processes and ensure accurate and timely submission; oversee contract documentation and ensure compliance with contractual terms; ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within transport operations; conduct quality checks on travel manifests and payment documentation; track and monitor contract deliverables and ensure timely execution; assist in internal audits and compliance reporting, ensuring regulatory adherence; provide compliance support to the Planning & Scheduling team and other stakeholders; identify and report non-compliance issues, proposing corrective actions where necessary; maintain detailed and accurate records of invoicing and contractual activities; coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve compliance-related issues.
  • Able to utilize Power BI, advanced spreadsheet functions, Python, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Having Certification in Compliance and Audit (preferred); Financial or Contract Management Certification; ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification; Data Analytics Certification in Power BI, SQL, or Python.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate;
