Role Responsibility

To ensure efficient scheduling and tracking of mobile equipment fleet operations and maintenance Additionally, the role manages the workshop stores, ensuring effective inventory control, spare parts management, and material availability to support continuous operation. The role emphasizes safety, cost control, preventive maintenance, and operational efficiency.

Persyaratan Khusus

Role Requirements:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related discipline experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fleet scheduling and workshop/tool room management in an industrial or plant setup.
Working knowledge of maintenance scheduling software, inventory systems, and MS Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety practices in handling mobile equipment and tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Oracle EAM, Maximo, or similar) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication skills and ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
Basic understanding of mechanical parts, equipment manuals, Tools, and maintenance procedures.
