Job Descriptions:
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
• Assist with tendering, reviewing, site feasibility, remediation, recommending contractors, implementation, handover and close-out of projects.
• Possess leadership qualities and the ability to organize the site team as well as to attend both contractual and technical matters.
• Converse with project staff to outline work plan, assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
• To provide technical advice, to resolve problems and to evaluate project/program effectiveness.
• Responsible for overall quality and management of major projects or programs.
• Be very involved in Infrastructural design, authorities submission, project coordination as well as to attend Consultant Meetings on a frequent basis.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align construction operations with overall business goals
Job Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or higher in construction management, Civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is essential.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a manager or 5 years as a senior manager in the fields of building quality control, construction, civil, micro and macro infrastructure.
• High knowledge in infrastructure development.
• Project management capability.
• Managerial Skill.
• Having knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and standards is necessary. The ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and control complex and large-scale projects is also important.
• Having a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality is essential.
• Having a solid understanding of the contract management, procurement, cost estimation, and risk management aspects of construction.having high-level communication, negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills as well as being aware of health and safety, environmental and legal issues related to construction are key attributes
