Role Overview:
As an Organizational Development Specialist, you will support initiatives focused on improving organizational effectiveness, employee development, and company culture. Your role will involve assessing organizational needs, designing training programs, and implementing strategies that align with Dwimitra Group’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess organizational needs and work with leadership to design and implement development strategies.
- Conduct training needs analysis and create tailored learning and development programs.
- Lead organizational change initiatives to improve performance and employee engagement.
- Support leadership in developing high-potential talent and succession planning.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to align people initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs, adjusting as necessary.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational development or related roles.
- Experience in the F&B, retail, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
