· Ensure the implementation of best practices by analyzing data, providing effective problem-solving options, and proposing process improvements within relevant departments, including both operational (OPEX) initiatives and capital investment (CAPEX) projects in coordination with the Engineering or Project Department.
· Collaborate with vendors and internal/external experts, while training operators to implement procedures and best practices.
· Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with department heads regarding potential issues that may affect departmental or interdepartmental processes.
· Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations, particularly in relation to Worker’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), product safety, product quality, and other relevant standards.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team, preferably in the sweetener or sugar industry.
- Strong knowledge of DCS Operation, HAZOP, and/or Process Safety Management.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in ISO Management System implementation.
- Willing to be based in Cilegon.
