PT Polychemie Asia Pacific Permai is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team in East Java. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in driving new business development and expanding our client base across the region. Your fluency in Mandarin will be a valuable asset in engaging with our growing Chinese customer base.

What you'll be doing

1. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
3. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
5. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
6. Providing feedback and insights to inform our sales and marketing strategies

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing industry
2. Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
5. Proficient in using sales CRM tools and data analysis
6. Adaptable and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
