Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Design and develop manufacturing processes, assembly lines, and packaging. Identify and eliminate waste, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks in the production process.
Plan, manage, and oversee production schedules and operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational problems that arise during production.
Develop and maintain detailed production documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing process guides.
Monitor production progress and equipment performance, and report on KPIs to management.

Persyaratan Khusus

Strong ability to collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Capacity to identify, analyze, and resolve complex production issues.
Effective communication with various teams and the ability to lead and motivate production line workers.
