As a leader of a high-performing team, you will focus on maintaining Indonesia’s revenue contribution to our Asian Equities business and increasing client interests and business opportunities in Indonesia. By bringing in deep experience covering Indonesian markets, industry and corporate contacts, you will drive the strategic direction of our sales, ensuring and uplifting the quality of our product, while providing leadership and mentorship in the team.
Excellent academic qualifications, ideally in finance, economics or a business discipline
10+ years’ experience in the Indonesian equities market with primary experience in institutional sales together with existinginstitutional client relationships and a proven track record of performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English and native-level Indonesian due to the client coverage
A commercial mindset to analyse industry trends, key stock ideas and corporate access with the ability to take initiative
