1. Proficient in footwear chemical production procedures and flow
2. Production Capacity and Labor Planning
3. Production material flow and WIP management
4. SOP, WI, PFC, dan MSDSs in accordance with the work position
5. Know and understand the Press and Finishing process
6. Outsole model and size
7. Effective and efficient production process
8. Mastering the Press and Finishing process
9. Able to make production reports
10. Planning and organizing production
Qualification :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
2. Experience In Footwear Manufacture as Outsole Manager at Least 5 Years
3. Drive engagement; and Deliver quality
4. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
5. Strong leadership skills
6. Analytical skills and identify areas that require adjustment or improvement.
7. Detail-oriented and possess communication skills.
8. Critical thinking and problem solving skills
9. Have Concern and knowledge about Lean and Occupational Safety, Health,
Environment and Energy.
