Deskripsi Pekerjaan

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and identify areas for optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to optimize campaign delivery, improve performance, and maximize ROI.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to provide strategic recommendations and recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare detailed campaign reports and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with Media Planners to create insightful client reports and address discrepancies.
  • Work closely with Sales, Creative, Media Planning, Account Management, and Engineering teams to resolve creative issues, pacing deficiencies, and client concerns.
  • Represent the agency in client meetings, providing expert media strategy and digital consultation.
  • Strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support internal and external teams on new initiatives and projects
Persyaratan Khusus

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent command of English and Thai
  • 1.5+ years of experience in digital advertising agencies or ad tech companies
  • Proven experience in communicating effectively with clients and building strong relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to set up and manage successful online advertising campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of major ad platforms, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools
  • Practical experience with search, display, social, and video advertising platforms (at least 2 platforms)
  • Proactive learner with a strong adaptability skill set
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel and ability to adapt to different online ad platforms
  • Ability to propose effective campaign strategies by selecting the right platforms, objectives, and creatives
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns, optimize performance, and analyze and compare different platforms
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills
  • Excellent proposal writing and recommendation skills
  • Experience in Performance ad marketing (Lead gen on website, Web e-commerce, drive ROAS, CPAS, Shopping ad, etc.) is a plus
