Accounting Executive for Client

- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and supplier payment processing.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and monitor customer collections.
- Monitor and follow up on credit claims from customers and suppliers.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Record and maintain general accounting transactions accurately.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and support effective internal controls.
- Support other accounting and finance activities as required.

- Candidates are required to submit a short self-introduction video in English as part of the application process.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Preferably from FMCG/distribution companies, accounting firms, or audit firms.
- Familiar with full accounting cycle and general accounting processes.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work efficiently.
- Fluent in English is mandatory, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Preferably based in Bali, but candidates who are able to work remotely (WFA) are also welcome.
