The key measures of success in the role will be (but not limited to) :
Sourcing - be a key point of contact for our clients' talent acquisition needs. Make connections with high-level professionals in the talent market.
Lead generation - drive activities, events, and meetings for the purpose of networking and generating leads that are commercially important for the business
Key Account Management - we partner with most top brands with the recruitment needs for the Indonesian market, so you will have the opportunity to manage some of these key relationships
Engagement - use social media, events, and means of networking as engagement tools to identify and develop new client business relationships
Closing - we are looking for someone with strong negotiation and communication skills, as this role requires you to manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond.
Your end goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise Big Fish Hunter's commercial performance.
