Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The key measures of success in the role will be (but not limited to) :

  • Sourcing - be a key point of contact for our clients' talent acquisition needs. Make connections with high-level professionals in the talent market.
  • Lead generation - drive activities, events, and meetings for the purpose of networking and generating leads that are commercially important for the business
  • Key Account Management - we partner with most top brands with the recruitment needs for the Indonesian market, so you will have the opportunity to manage some of these key relationships
  • Engagement - use social media, events, and means of networking as engagement tools to identify and develop new client business relationships
  • Closing - we are looking for someone with strong negotiation and communication skills, as this role requires you to manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond.
  • Your end goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise Big Fish Hunter's commercial performance.

  • Working experience of 1-3 years is welcome
  • Preferably, experienced in Sales/BD/B2B or having a passion for a commercial role
  • Strong values that are in line with ours
  • English and Mandarin language proficiency is a Must, spoken and written.
  • Furthermore, you should be ambitious, outgoing, energetic, team-oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with C-level executives.
