Duties & Responsibility
1.Monitor and do HR administration work including:
- Recruitment and interview
- Check and do calculation for payroll
- Familiar with reporting to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan
- Worker contract agreement (date expired, renew or ending)
- Provide warning letter, calling letter, counseling letter
- Employment announcement
- Staff movement and update staff list
- Annual leave record and daily office attendance
- Handle employees work safety matters
- Monitor and renew company regulation for date expired
- Monitor and applying for expatriat documentation
- Do and monitor ISO documentation related to HRD
- Familiar with SIINAS, LKPM, RKL-RPL reporting issue
- Other related activities regarding HRD
2. Collect and provide photocopy for all DOs/Invoices.
3. Familiar with basic shipment activities (provide power of attorney to forwarder & approval at CEIZA system, apply Masterlist document for import needs).
4. Monitor the scrap weighing process.
5. Assist issuing PO to local and foreign supplier.
