Key Responsibilities
Coordinate content briefs, production, and timely delivery for the advertising team.
Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliate
Manage the creator community and encourage consistent shoppable content.
Ensure accurate product links (Yellow Basket) across affiliate and sub-account content.
Track content performance and affiliate GMV, and identify opportunities to improve sales.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of content angles, hooks, and creative variations for Meta Ads testing and optimization.
Hands-on experience developing and managing TikTok Affiliate programs, including creator recruitment and activation.
Ability to evaluate content performance and affiliate sales to guide improvements
