Some of your duties will include:
· Responsible for creating technical drawings and plans that are used in the construction and development of projects. The position works closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create accurate and detailed drawings that are used in the planning, construction, and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure.
· Create technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools
· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to understand project requirements and specifications
· Ensure that all drawings are accurate and up-to-date, and that they meet industry standards and regulations
· Make changes to drawings as needed to reflect design modifications or new requirements
· Review and check drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness
· Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that drawings and plans are delivered on time and within budget.
What skills and experience do you need?
· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in drafting or a related field with minimum of 8 years’ experience in a civil construction or engineering environment is preferred with demonstrated project management in EPC Industry, and minimum of 5 years of experience working in drafting and minimum 3 years in site based;
· Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools; such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks ; Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to drafting and design ; Familiarity with project management principles and practices ; Understanding of drafting and design principles ; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Attention to detail and accuracy; Problem-solving skills, Time-management skills’.
