2. Coordinate and monitor recruitment of agency sales force in appointed region and ensure the quality of recruited agents.
3. Organize and monitor sales activity of sales force in appointed region.
4. Develop the sales force’s capability in appointed region with training, coaching and mentoring programs.
5. Develop, coach and evaluate subordinates to ensure productive and competent talent.
1. Bachelor Degree from any major.
2. Have more than 5 years experiences with same position in Life Insurance.
3. Have good capability in Agency Sales Recruitment, Agency Development, Selling, and Team Building.
4. Have a good knowledge of Life Insurance products and compensation systems in the Life Insurance Industry, especially in agency distribution.
