The candidates should possess the following:

1. Mechanical / Agricultural Engineering Bachelor / Diploma degree
2. Has knowledge and skill regarding hydraulics schemes, electrical and engine
3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Training Center of Construction / Agriculture Machinery
4. Knowledge process of Product Type Approval is necessary
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications and latest online learning system
6. Fluent in English, Japanese is an advantage
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills both internal or external parties
8. Integrity, transparency and professional attitude to reflecting professional company image
9. Teamwork and eager to support others
10. Proactive, set priority action and strong positive mindset
11. In-depth of technical knowledge
12. Understand Organization and Development Program methodology
13. Understand safety working environment
