Job Descriptions:

Receive orders and process orders

Follow up for shipment status to SCM

Update customer regarding order status and delivery

Make DO for delivery to customer

Follow up DO that has been signed for billing

Controlling the customer's consignment stock not to drop out of stock

Checking the consignment stock retrieval data

Calculating product cost to calculate selling price to customer

Create and send quotations to customers and follow up to become PO

Help billing to customers

Processing documents to participate in tenders

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum education of a 3-year S1 

GPA 3.0 or higher

All majors welcome to apply

Good Mandarin skills

Good speaking and writing skills

Fast typing skills

Willing to work on shifted schedule

Self-motivated, independent, and hardworking

Multitasking skills and detail-oriented
